Ever since I was invited to the Lush event last year, it’s safe to say my opinion about Lush has definitely changed! I used to find there was too much choice, but now I know what I like and don’t like, I’m happy to spend a good half hour browsing for new products!
I was thrilled to get an invite to this year’s Lush event in Crawley; not only to get to see the new products coming out, but also to spend some time with some of my blogging faves; Katie, Charlie, Tania and Rosie 🙂
So remember I said in my Lush post that I hadn’t managed to get any of their Christmas bath bombs? And then I said I’d picked some up from Soapbombs and I was going to do a post on them? … Well I forgot, sorry!! So despite it being so close to February, I thought I’d share these absolutely stunning Christmas-themed bath bombs with you anyway!
One of my Christmas presents last year (okay, it really doesn’t seem possible that Christmas was last year already!!) was a very generous Lush voucher from my big brother ♥
Unfortunately I wasn’t in time to use it to grab any of their Christmas or sale bits (which is okay because I picked up a few Christmas bits from Soapbombs instead- there’ll be a post on that to come very soon), but I had great fun spending some of my voucher anyway. I know quite a lot of you love Lush too, so I thought I’d share what I picked up!
It’s not exactly a big secret that I’ve only recently got into bath bombs. Mostly because I used to find going into stores too over-powering and I felt that by ordering online, you lost the choice of being able to smell the products first.
But now I’m all about that bath life, I’ve started amassing a quite large collection. Oops.
Only out a week late, (but what’s a week between mates, right?) here’s my October favourites list of things I’ve been loving and it’s a pretty varied list this month 🙂
Following on from my last confessions regarding both Topshop and my guilty pleasures; I have one more big one for you, and you’re not going to like it. Up until recently I wasn’t a massive Lush fan because their shops smell too over-powering to me.
But, after heading to the Lush store in Crawley in the hopes of having my mind changed forever, they’ve 100% succeeded and I’m now a certified … Lushite? Lusholian? Whatever it might be, I feel I can now send off for my official blogger’s badge because I ♥ Lush.
When the lovely Fliss at Fresh Naturals got in touch to offer me a couple of her sample products, I thought she was going to send just that. One, maybe two things. Instead she sent a whole array and I’ve been spending the last six weeks trying everything out. And I still have loads left!
