Read all about my previous purchase post here!
First up for review is the Sleek Brow Kit (Light). To be honest, I bought it as Boots only had one eyeshadow palette I wanted and I didn’t have the patience or the wet wipes to be trying out lipsticks and glosses.
So if you’ve been following my blog adventure, you’ll know that I’ve been wanting green eyeshadow palette for a while now. J recently found a really, really old £10 Boots voucher while tidying and said I could have it to expand my make-up collection (isn’t he the best?) I think it was really because he couldn’t be bothered to go and spend it himself, but hey, all the better for me, right? It also turns out that Sleek are having a 2 for £10 at Boots at the moment! Coincidence? I think not!
So following on from parts one and two, here’s part three!
I was recently featured on the lovely and amazing Chanelle’s blog as her featured blogger 🙂
Last weekend was a bank holiday, I was in a baking mood and I’ve heard a lot about Tanya Burr’s cookies. I’m generally not a fan of “celebrity” products but these are cookies; giant, chocolately cookies, and I have a lovely new mixer which I need to practice using. It was a match made in Heaven!
It’s the last day of August and Autumn is just around the corner, so I thought I’d share my favourite things from August with you.
I was nominated for this by the lovely Jazmin at Live, Laugh, Love your twenties, I highly recommend you check her out! Thank you, it was very much unexpected! I definitely like the fact that my blog is quite versatile, hopefully it means it appeals to a wide variety of people. So to fulfil the terms of being nominated, I must:
It’s time for part two where I show you another section of my make-up bag.
I was a teenager for about three years of the 90s, when over-plucking was all the rage. Unfortunately I was one of the unlucky ones whose eyebrows never grew back to their former glory 🙁
I usually just fill them using pencil, I don’t really know if I’m doing it right, so I thought I’d find some inspiration to help me.
So remember when I said I really wanted to do a green eyeshadow tutorial? It turns out I don’t really have any green eyeshadows, oops!! It does mean I’ll have to go shopping for some though which is such a shame 😛
Anyway, I found a brilliant substitute for now, so I’m going to attempt a blue eyeshadow look I found
