Cin Cin* (pronounced chin chin), a new Brighton restaurant, is an absolute gem nestled in the heart of North Laine. (13-16 Vine Street to be more precise!)
Starting out four years ago as a mobile food van, Cin Cin was the vision of David, who wanted to bring an authentic Italian taste to Brighton. He then brought Fabrizio and Jamie on board to open up the Cin Cin restaruant and boy, did they deliver!
It’s been a long time since I’ve had cocktails. The last disastrous night out was my 28th birthday and it didn’t end well. Luckily this time, I had the Yelpers to keep me in check.
I have to be honest, I’d never heard of Licor 43 before, but after trying quite a bit, I think it’s going to become one of my go-to spirits!
I absolutely love chicken Katsu and curry. It’s what I always get when I pop into Kokoro in Brighton. It’s also incredibly easy to make at home if you happen to find an amazing recipe. Which I have 😀
Smashburger is the latest in a long line of American fast food restaurants coming to the UK and setting up home. And, having just opened their latest branch in Brighton, the Yelpers were invited to check it out to see if it measures up to what’s already on offer.
Where the hell did September go? I’m sure a couple of weeks ago it was still light out about 8:30, now it’s pitch black. Autumn is definitely here now.
To be honest, when I got a NUTRIBULLET*, I thought I’d make a couple of smoothies and it would go in the cupboard to die. I always thought kedgeree was difficult to make. Of course, when I was younger, I didn’t actually know what it was. I just knew that it tasted good. When I found out it was just fish and rice, with some fragrant spices thrown in, I figured I’d give it a whirl.
Wafflemeister is Brighton’s newest (and family-run franchise) delight; selling sweet and savoury waffles and crepes along with a healthy dose of gelato. Situated at the top of West Street, it’s perfect for tourists heading down to the beach or locals wanting to refresh after a hard morning’s shopping.
I went down to the opening to check it out with some other bloggers and press and damn they put on a good spread!
Well that was a rollercoaster of excitement, food, alcohol, excitement, more food, friends, laughter and goodies!
