I’ve spoken about my love of my air fryer before in my 5 gadgets I can’t live without post. Not only is it a healthier way to cook chips, bacon, sausages and other meats, you can actually cook entire dinners in it!
I really dislike eating bananas. There, I said it. I hate the smell, the taste and the texture.
That being said though, I love those little foam banana sweets, having blended bananas in my morning smoothies and banana loaf. Recently, I bought way too many bananas and instead of them going to waste, I thought I’d put them to good use and make a banana loaf (with a surprise inside!)
As my cake-making confidence is growing, I thought I’d have another stab at making my own cake (well, I say my own, I mean following someone else’s recipe!) And when the latest newsletter from the Happy Foodie popped into my inbox, one particular recipe caught my eye straight away!
