Uniquely Organic Eco Spa | Hove*

I love a good old pamper session, so I was delighted to be invited to the Uniquely Organic Eco Spa in Hove (at 40 Church Road), along with a few other bloggers to check out what they do and to sample one of the treatments for ourselves!

As soon as you walk through the door, it’s an incredibly chilled out vibe; the room is light and welcoming and there are a couple of treatment areas partitioned by gauze curtains, along with areas to sit and relax while you wait.  Oh and there’s the most beautiful flower wall for selfies!!

There are also three large treatment rooms downstairs for massages and other treatments, including a room for couples, and a few little chill-out areas as well 🙂

UO Eco Spa has been around for 8 years and was found by Kirsty when she was 23.  The spa incorporates holistic approaches to all their therapies and some of the more unique treatments offered include the chakroscant (to balance your chakras), warm bamboo treatments and card readings, plus the more traditional treatments like facials and manicures.  Kirsty gave us an amazing talk on growing ourselves and our blogs, I thought it was going to be a bit hokey, but it was actually really useful 🙂  She also does life coaching so if you’re a bit uncertain about what you’re doing and where you want to go, she’s definitely the person you’d want to go to!

The spa also sells a variety of products, including these gorgeous candles and bath oils from Wildheart Organics, skin care from Living Nature, Jennifer Young and Pinks Boutique, as well as Happiness Planners 😀

Natasha gave me a 20 minute massage which was lovely.  The treatment room was really calming and I definitely feel that my muscles are a lot less knotted now 😀  While I was having my massage, I chatted to her about the spa and learnt that not only do they offer 20% off to all NHS staff (I know where I’ll be going in future) but they also offer treatments to cancer patients at any stage of their diagnosis ❤️❤️❤️

At the end of the evening, I was very kindly given a goody bag to take away.  I received an incredibly generous 50% off gift voucher and I can’t wait to pick a treatment!!  I also received a gift box from Pinks Boutique with a lemongrass toner, a bamboo and oatmeal polish, green clay and camelia mask, a lemongrass camelia moisturiser and some lemongrass and mandarin cleanser.  I can’t wait to try these out and report back!!  My bag also contained some yalang yalang incense, two absolutely stunning stones (if anyone knows what they are, let me know!), some tea from Pukka and a beautiful dream catcher from Spirit of Equinox 😀

I just want to say a massive thank you to Kirsty and everyone at Eco Spa for an absolutely wonderful event 🙂

Have you heard of Eco Spa before?  What’s your favourite kind of treatment to have?  Let me know in the comments below 🙂 x

  1. This looks like such a pretty spa, very laid back. I like the hippy style blankets on the beds it’s very different to other spas I’ve seen or been to. Kirsty seems to be very inspiring and passionate about life and what she does. If I am ever staying in the area it would be good to look this up as I quite like alternative treatments. Thank you for the recommendation.
