Technic Cosmetics*

Good morning everyone, how’s it going? I thought in today’s post I’d give you all a little look at some of the latest beauty products that Technic Cosmetics kindly sent me, which will be hitting (or have already hit) the shelves this spring/summer.

Technic Cosmetics are a UK-based company that make the prettiest makeup and although they do have their own website, it seems to be under construction at the moment, but you can catch them over on their Twitter page! The following products are all under £5 which is really great value for money 🙂

Okay first up, I have to mention this highlighter; look at it. Look at it!! It definitely looks like the kind of highlighter a unicorn would use. And it’s called Pink Sparkle ♥ It’s so ridiculously shimmery and pink. I’m not usually a fan of pink or sparkles, but this is just gorgeous!!

This stunning eyeshadow primer has been specifically designed for using as an eyelid base underneath shimmer eyeshadows!! It applies really easy using the doe foot applicator and it dries really fast, leaving you with a thin, shimmery coating on your eyelids. You can then add your favourite shimmery shades as usual 🙂 I can’t wait to experiment more with this as I love wearing shimmer eyeshadows.

The powder brush they sent is absolutely huge and really soft. I’ve found it’s been fab for setting my makeup with my beloved NYX setting powder (as I don’t own any powder foundation to try it out with. I know, I know. I’m an awful beauty blogger!!) I’ve also been using to add loads of highlight too 🙂

Technic also have these Juicy Sticks lipsticks which look like jumbo crayons! I couldn’t actually see a name on the bottom of this one, but after a quick hunt online, it looks like this one is called Naked 😀 😀 *update from Technic, it’s called Bare Necessities*

It’s a gorgeous dusky pink colour which looks absolutely beautiful and is definitely a spring into summer colour! Although I am loving wearing a dark lip at the moment, I’m looking forward to wearing this one a lot more 🙂 It looks quite nude on which I really like as it just gives a hint of colour to my lips. It’s also a matte finish which, as we all know, is definitely my favourite type of lipstick to wear right now 🙂

The mascara is called Mega Lash which is Technic’s mega volumising mascara. Despite that the wand is a really simple design, it works fantastically because the mascara really did volumise my lashes and made them look much longer and thicker than normal. The only downside to it is that it’s not waterproof, but it’s a small price to pay tbh!

I’m wearing the Naked Juicy Stick on my lips, the Pink Sparkle highlighter on my cheeks and the Mega Lash mascara on my top lashes. (Excuse the hair, I’d only just got out of the shower and I’m not blow-drying my hair for anything!)

Have you tried Technic Cosmetics before? If so, what are your favourite products? Let me know in the comments below 🙂 x

    1. I’m usually rubbish at remembering primer for my eyes but I have so many shimmery ones, I’m going to have to remember!

  1. Thankyou for putting in a picture of you wearing the products! I can see that the mascara is super black but not curling. The highlighter is beautiful on you and in the packaging, that swirl design is lovely.

    1. That’s okay, nothing worse than a post without anything, not even a swatch!! The mascara isn’t curling at all, but is definitely very black! The highlighter is just gorgeous 🙂 x

    1. I’m in love with the highlighter and I can’t wait to wear the nude lipstick when shooting finally gets here (weather-wise) xxx
