To be honest, I spend a hell of a lot of time browsing Instagram; on the bus, during advert breaks, when I’m on the toilet etc. I love getting that brief glimpse into someone else’s life; although, sometimes I do wonder what happens after the picture’s been taken. Please tell me I’m not alone in this, right?

I thought I’d brighten up my blog with a little bit of colour!
I’m super late to the bandwagon as usual, but you know what? I don’t care 😛 If you have no idea what I’m talking about, the “power of make-up” is basically just a comparison of your before make-up and after make-up face which has been going viral on Twitter and Instagram! It shows off how different makeup can make you look!
Well as promised, now I have some beautiful Halloween-y colours, I thought I’d attempt a makeup look with a Hallowe’en theme!
I’m excited to try out my new palette and as it comes with a handy guide on how to do different smoky eyes, I thought I’d try out a couple of looks from it!
I finally caved in and bought the Kate Moss 107 lipstick by Rimmel. I’ve been lusting after it for ages, seeing it on other blogs, wanting it and forgetting to buy it or it being out of stock. When I went into Boots on Wednesday, they had two in stock! Luckily, I bought it before my makeup ban came into effect 😀
Argh, I’m so excited to share this with you. A few weeks ago, the lovely Jasmin Charlotte ran a competition on her blog to win an Urban Decay Naked Smoky palette, because she was celebrating reaching 250 posts on her blog (congratulations Jasmin!) I was so excited when a DM landed in my inbox telling me I’d won!! So I thought where better to share my new palette than here with you!
It’s always lovely to get post, even more so when it’s make-up and especially when you don’t remember requesting a sample! So imagine my surprise when I got a package through the door containing the new mascara from Chanel!
I can’t believe September is nearly over 🙁 I do love autumn/winter, especially as it’s when J and I got together 🙂 but I’m not a fan of dark mornings and freezing my arse off at bus stops in the pouring rain (J takes our car to work) 🙁 Anyway, here’s what I’ve been loving this month <3
