Two weeks ago I met up with the brilliant Aine (Honestly Aine) in London and we made our way to the Danubis Hotel in Regent’s Park for the Big Blogger Expo 2016. (Although we obviously stopped at 221B Baker Street too, because it would be rude not to!)
The Big Blogger Expo was set up by Lauren from Blonde Vision (who also runs Ldnmeetup) and it’s a great way to network with brands and bloggers.
Holy crap, July is over already. I’m okay with that though as August is going to be a massive month for me; it’s my birthday, my blog birthday AND it’s The Girl Gang Event as well. WHOOP WHOOP!! It’s also the first time in absolutely ages that I’ve remembered to do a monthly favourites, so big high five for me 😀
I don’t know about you guys, but sometimes my life feels pretty full on, although it often feels like I’m barely doing anything!
When I was in high school, I took History and as part of that, our class took a day trip to Belgium. We visited a chocolatier to watch them make Belgian chocolate. As they passed round tasters, and I popped one in my mouth, my love affair of Belgian chocolate began and I spent all my pocket money in the gift shop. Oops.Â
I’m seeing a lot of posts at the moment where everyone is talking about how awesome summer is. Now don’t get me wrong, I do love a bit of warm weather, exposing my pasty legs and doing a bit of sun worship (then staying out too long and looking like a little jelly baby), but there are also times when summer can be a right dick and here are my ten reasons why.

I can’t believe how my little profile has built up over the last 8 months! I now have over 2,000 followers which is a little bit insane when I stop to think about it, so honestly I try not to. I really love finding new people to follow and talk to; but here are 5 reasons why I’m not going to being following you on Twitter.
I’m always really intrigued to see other bloggers set-ups, and when I say really intrigued, what I actually mean is that I’m a teeny tiny bit jealous of all the bloggers who have gorgeous offices with lovely big desks and inspirational quotes and artwork on the walls and beautiful shelves with copper terrariums and cute little plants everywhere. Okay, I might be very jealous, but maybe one day when we actually finish the house *HINT* I can have my own room or at least a bit of space in a room 😀
Last weekend I was all set to get up, put some makeup on, attempt another outfit of the day and take loads of blog photos. Until I woke up and realised that my period had come in the night!! YAAY! Not.
When my period comes, my motivation seems to go completely, my confidence vanishes down the side of the sofa along with all the chocolate biscuit crumbs and my get up and go fucks off and leaves.

After my first session, I was pretty sure I never wanted to go through laser removal again; however, I was watching an episode of Tattoo Fixers where you could still see some of the old tattoos under the cover-ups, so I decided it was best to carry on so I didn’t end up in that position!
