October Favourites

Well, it’s a thoroughly miserable October afternoon, I’ve got the heating on and I’m half watching CSI. Thinking about all the things I’ve loved this month makes me feel decidedly more cheery though, so I’m sharing my favourites with you 🙂

TheHotShop lip crayon (from Born Pretty Store):

Let’s kick off with this gorgeous lip crayon. I’ve been loving wearing this, it’s perfect for that awkward summer-to-autumn lip colour, as it’s not too light and not too bold. It’s also really moisturising so it’s great for combating that autumn dry-lip look.

Mantaray patch pocket jumper (from Debenhams):

Next up, I’m absolutely loving this jumper; it’s snuggly, made from 100% pure cotton and the colour is gorgeous! This jumper is currently on sale at £23.60 (was £29.50) and I bought it on a late night shopping spree with one of my best friends, Amy. She got the purple version so we’re now jumper twins!

1lb loaf tin (from Homesense):

Loaftin

I can’t mention favourites without talking about this! I’ve been wanting a loaf tin for ages, especially after having watched The Bake Off. I popped into Homesense, the same night I got my jumper, and tried to find one. Unfortunately they only had massive ones, but as I was about to give up and go to Lakeland, (whose loaf tins are about £10!!) I found this squirrelled away and it was only £3.99! I made J a lemon drizzle for his birthday, my first ever attempt at one, and it was really delicious!! I’ll have to share the recipe with you at some point 🙂

Terry’s Chocolate Orange (from Asda):

Chocolate-Orange

I love, love, love them. Nuff said really. They’re chocolatey, they’re orangey and they’re not Terry’s, they’re mine!! All mine and they’re only £1 at Asda at the moment <3

(Also, Terry’s Chocolate Orange… I haven’t had one in ages and have a mega craving now, I’m gonna have to see if I can find me a dairy-free version somewhere!)
