My beauty to buy list 2016

Wishlist

If you guys are regulars to my blog, you’ll know I’m on a makeup buying ban until 2016, if not, you can read about it here. It doesn’t stop me really, really wanting products though, so I thought I’d share which products I really wish I could buy right now!

Wishlist

Rimmel 60 Second Shine Nail Varnish – Foggy London (£2.99) – I love grey, its one of my favourite colours and this is definitely an autumn/winter shade!

Sleek The Gold Standard I-Lust Eyeshadow Palette (£7.49) – I love Sleek palettes and I can’t wait to try this out, this is the product that might make me slip! I could ask for it for Christmas though … It’s not cheating if it’s a present!

The No7 High Shine Lip Crayon Collection (£18.00) – I’m loving lip crayons at the moment and I love that there are four very different colours in the collection. It works out to £4.50 per lip crayon, which is a pretty decent price.

Soap and Glory Supercat Eyeliner Pen (£6.00) – I’ve only just been made aware that Soap and Glory do makeup (where have I been??) I’m a lot more confident with a felt tip style eyeliner than liquid or gel, so I’d really love to try this out.

Tanya Burr Rosy Flush Cheek Palette (£8.00) – I currently only own one blush, I think I need to mix it up a bit. I really love her Hollywood palette, but I think I have enough eyeshadows already, so her blush palette is the perfect choice 🙂

Sleek True Colour Lipstick – Stiletto (£4.99) – Now that I’m wearing lipstick more, I can’t stop looking at them! This is a gorgeous colour and I’ve not tried Sleek’s lipsticks before.

Rimmel Wake Me Up Make Up Foundation (£8.99) – Don’t get me wrong, I love my Double Wear, but sometimes when I’m doing makeup looks, I do waste a lot of foundation. It’d be nice to have another foundation in my collection and I’ve heard so many good things about this foundation.

Essie Winter Baby It’s Cold Outside Quad Box (£24.99) – I’m absolutely loving the colours and as yet, I don’t own any Essie products. I’d love to though after hearing about the rave reviews from other bloggers.

What would be on your makeup wishlist if you couldn’t buy anything until next year? x

      1. Yes, I bought it last week! I have a post on a few of her products here -https://driftinglexi.wordpress.com/2015/11/06/friday-favourites-tanya-burr-cosmetics/ with my thoughts on them. I talk quite a bit about it there.

  1. I’ve heard that the Soap and Glory Supercat Eyeliner Pen is supposed to be amazing. It’s on my makeup wishlist too! So is the Seventeen Shimmer Brick and Sleek’s Rose Gold Blusher.

  2. This is such a good idea! I totally need to go on a makeup buying ban until the new year too! I tend to make lots of lists of things I want and then look back after a few days and see if I still want them! 😊

  3. Totally with you on the Sleek palettes – ohhh you are doing so darn well on your no spend! such will power <3 And I agree, definitely not cheating if it's pressies Holly 😉 hehe Karen xoxo

      1. Oooh to think of the spree… just keep reminding yourself that it’s better saved for other things, I’m sure you’ll get rewarded for Christmas for being so good!!!! 😀 XXX

          1. Noooo are you really??? Oh gosh – you’ll never believe this, but I’ve a tattoo as well that I’d LOVE to have removed!! Horrid looking thing – a very silly 16 year old me making unrational decisions too quickly lol Aren’t we alike – this is getting weird now!!!! lol So, what’s up with your ink huni? I take it it’s gonna be an expensive job 🙁 XXX

          2. I am indeed!
Ahahaha, so weird!! I got a tattoo that reminds me of a crappy period in my life and I want to move on from it. It’s about £50 a session, I may get a few then get a cover up!
We’re very alike oh, my dad’s Irish 😛 xxxxx

          3. Wow, that is quite pricey but well worth it to get rid of something that reminds you of bad times 🙁
Nooo, really? Gosh the plot thickens – teeny tiny blogging world! We’re slowly morphing into each other huni lol XXXX

  4. I’ve always wanted something, anything from Rimmel since we don’t have that brand here in my country. Or anything else from your list, it looks pretty awesome.:) Oh, and a Dior lipstick, I think they have a very sexy line and colors and their products have to be moisturising, right?? It would make sense considering the price tag.:D
