On 1st January this year, one of my friends, Rosie, tagged me in an Instagram post to win a year’s worth of personal training sessions with Aaron (green_machine_training) at the South Coast gym in Lancing. All I had to do to win was follow both Insta accounts and tag 5 friends.

I can’t believe I last wrote one of these back in October 2018, I thought it was only a couple of months ago!!
If you’re a regular to my blog or Instagram, you’ll know I’ve recently had my holly tattoo reworked.
Whilst I was really happy with the result, the two tribal tattoos either side just looked odd because they were so old and the lines had blown really badly. Lou had suggested covering them up, but they have a special place in my heart.
Given my love of potions, of course I was going to be intrigued by a company with the word potions in their name!!
March has seemed incredibly long and pretty cold (apart from Friday and Saturday last week)!! I’m more than a little excited for April because I’m hoping the weather will start improving and we’ll get some warm sunshine 🙂

While I was at Death’s Door getting my potion bottle tattoo last year, I was showing Lou the rest of my tattoos and told her how much I disliked the tribal holly tattoo on my lower back.
