I can’t believe September is nearly over 🙁 I do love autumn/winter, especially as it’s when J and I got together 🙂 but I’m not a fan of dark mornings and freezing my arse off at bus stops in the pouring rain (J takes our car to work) 🙁 Anyway, here’s what I’ve been loving this month <3
I find this to usually be quite an ordeal. I’m not good at describing what I want and the poor hairdresser is usually unable to guess correctly what I’m trying to ask for. This has led to wanting the iconic “Rachel” haircut in 1998 and getting what I can only describe as long, poofy curtains with the underneath being longer than the top. There is evidence. No, I’m not sharing it. 😀
It’s the last day of August and Autumn is just around the corner, so I thought I’d share my favourite things from August with you.
As most of you know, because I’ve probably bored you to tears with it, it’s my birthday today. A few days ago I posted a sneaky peak of the presents that appeared in the lounge, so I thought I’d share with you what was under the wrapping paper!
Wow!! This is one of the best birthday presents ever!!
J doesn’t understand my blogging. He’s looked at my blog, faked a yawn and said “very nice dear”. So it was really sweet when he said I could borrow his camera for the purposes of taking better photos and attempting to vlog! It’s a Canon EOS 600D which means nothing to me, but apparently it’s “quite good!”
I just wanted to share a quick post with you all. It’s my birthday on Thursday (*cough* 31, where on earth did the time go?) and these presents have started appearing in the lounge!! Sorry for the awful photo, I’m not exactly allowed to pick them up and move them 😛
So today I’m not doing any house renovation (it’s at a slight standstill at the moment but I’ll go into that another time!). I had a lovely morning with J, making pancakes and eating them on our newly cleared table! We keep accumulating junk on it, but now it looks lovely. I wonder how long that’ll last.
Well we’re thoroughly into August now, but as I’m new to blogging, I thought I’d share the things I bought and loved in July. Everything I bought is linked (UK sites) so if you see something you like, you know where to buy it 🙂
